This is a well-know school based out of Southern part of India and had been running for couple of decades. The pattern in which the school was run was purely traditional. The challenge was to automate the processes and thereby adapt to the latest digital standards and build a platform which is easily usable to the current generation.
This well-known school had multiple educational institutions and the school was looking at building a strong platform to manage the students in the school, the teachers, time-tables, assignments, exams and more. All there processes were initially made as paperwork but the increase in the strength of the school and higher demands of converting processes automated and digital due to pandemic made the school approach us for a digital platform that manages their entire operations automatically.
This automated platform was built-in as a custom application with different user roles to control permissions like the school management, teachers, parents and students. Every user role had defined set of work modules which are entirely associated with their working style and thereby monitoring and usage of each set of user role had become easy.
The application was entirely covering all that could be needed in a school including student progress monitoring, daily tasks and schedules, parents remarks, management fees monitoring, etc. The school was overwhelmed with the output and getting a job done inside the premises has now become easy.
